Our farm has changed quite a bit over the past 30 years. We started with quarter horses, cattle, farming, and raising four children. Quarter horses and mules now make up our riding stock, and we really enjoy outings with our children and several grandchildren on the trails around our home and to various parts of the country, including Brown County, Indiana.

Draft horses were first introduced into our lives when Bill purchased our first two mares, Jan and Judy. They were bought in 1980, as two year olds. Soooo, the beginning of a whole new type of showing horses has taken our energy for the past 20+ years. We have traveled all over the Midwest and Canada to show our "gentle giants."

The 2004 show season consisted of the NABC IV in London, Ontario; the National Belgian Show in Davenport, Iowa; the American Belgian Show in Colunbus, Ohio; the Illinois State Fair in Springfield, Illinois; the Indiana State Fair in Indianapolis, Indiana; the DuQuoin State Fair in DuQuoin, Illinois; and many of the Illinois County Fairs.
